Our  Corporate Services Group brings together, under one umbrella, a range of law firm and corporate services. These include: legal recruiting, executive recruiting, administrative and support staffing, outplacement, executive coaching and law practice development services.

Our unique approach enables executives, attorneys and HR managers to create a relationship with a single organization that understands their firm’s culture and that can take a wider perspective on organizational issues.

Our Corporate Services Group members have worked with or for Fortune 500 companies and larger law firms, but we are also geared to service solo practitioners and mid-sized firms, where resources are more limited and there is less margin for error in decision-making.

Our team has broad-based experience across a variety of industries. Each member has dealt directly with corporate hiring, firing and business growth issues at very high levels. In short, we bring a wealth of knowledge, contacts and resources to help your organization or law firm achieve its human resource and business development goals.

The members of the CSI Group have been quoted in many publications, including The Journal-News, the Westchester Business Journal and the Connecticut Law Tribune.  Our people have conducted seminars for the New York State Bar Association, the State of Connecticut, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, the California Governor’s Conference, the New York City Bar Association, Vassar and Marymount colleges, Pace and Post Universities, and the Association of Corporate Counsel, among others.
