How our Process works
When someone first contacts us, we have an initial 30+ minute screening call to get a sense of their career issues, to discuss their resumes and determine if they may be suitable clients for us. This is an in-depth review of their current circumstances, career aspirations, marketing strategies and the like. We will ask tough questions and offer valuable insights in return.
Frankly, this is a weeding out process. We reject more than 85% of the candidates we speak with. We are not right for everyone, nor is everyone right for us.
If we want to accept that candidate, we schedule a second conversation and send them confidential questionnaires to complete and return. Prior to the second call, we analyze the person’s situation and prepare a Proposal of Service. We are very menu-driven, and have more than 45 different program options to consider. During the call, we will spend an hour discussing our ideas, so the candidate can make an informed decision about retaining us.
Regardless of the type of issue – a job search, career change or a new business launch — we design customized programs for each individual’s specific needs.
We do not believe in a “one-size-fits-all, off-the shelf” approach. You are unique. Your situation is unique. Your program will be unique.
The Economics. You can afford us.
Our services are provided on an hourly fee basis and are on a sliding fee scale. We are an approved PayPal Credit service, so qualified clients can start working with us with a six-month, interest-free payment schedule. We also offer our own installment plan programs. We are surprisingly affordable, and our rates are very reasonable. Most of our clients are in the $95,000 to $295,000 salary range, with some earning less and some more.
