Our Career Services Group does resume writing and distribution, career change consulting and job search mentoring. Our Corporate Services Group does recruiting, outplacement and practice development.
Established in 1992, we have helped several thousand lawyers find rewarding new positions.

Our staff includes a Ph.D, an MBA, a Harvard JD, a UConn JD with major in house and big law experience, a Hofstra JD with more than 25 years of experience with law firms and as a law school career mentor, and others. Founder Bruce Blackwell is also one of a handful of professionals to be in the career counseling program for the New York City Bar Association.
